One workspace, shared end to end
From raw images to published results, your whole team works from the same data — with the right access for every role.
Share everything, not just files
Collaboration in Biodock isn't limited to raw data. Share:
- Files — images and datasets, organized in one workspace
- AI Projects and models — labeled data and trained models, so teammates can pick up exactly where you left off
- Results — analysis output, available to anyone on the project without re-running it
Share results beyond your project
Generate a public link to any AI analysis result so any Biodock account can view it — not just people you've directly shared the project with. Useful for sharing findings with collaborators anywhere in the Biodock community, without adding them to your project.
Full version history, always
Every project keeps a complete history — labeling rounds, model versions, and analysis runs are all recoverable. See what changed, when, and who made the change, so nothing is lost as multiple people contribute over time.
Role-based access for labeling teams
Bring on labelers without giving them permission to train or evaluate models. Labelers can contribute to a dataset within their scope, while training, evaluation, and model management stay controlled by the people who own the project — so you can scale up your labeling team without expanding who can change your models.
Teams — pool resources, share in one click
Invite others into your team to share credits and storage across everyone in it, instead of managing separate allocations per person. Once you're on a team, sharing gets faster too — teammates appear as a simple dropdown when sharing files, projects, or results, instead of adding people one at a time.
Export results in the format you need
Take your data wherever it needs to go. Export results as CSV or JSON for your own analysis, reporting, or downstream tools — no need to stay inside Biodock to work with your own numbers.
